These Terms of Service govern your use of Thervgo's flight- and hotel-search platform. By searching, booking, or otherwise using Thervgo, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who We Are

Thervgo is a flight- and hotel-booking platform operated by Thervgo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We connect travellers to airline and hotel suppliers — we are not an airline or hotel operator, and the airline's own conditions of carriage apply to every ticket you hold.

2. Bookings & Pricing

Fares and room rates shown at search time are indicative and can change until an offer is confirmed and paid for. Once a booking is confirmed, the price, fare family, and baggage allowance shown at checkout apply.

This build processes payments through a mock payment gateway for demonstration purposes only — no real transactions are made, and no real card or bank details should be entered anywhere on this site.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide passenger names and travel document details exactly as they appear on the government ID you'll travel with.
  • Review the fare rules, baggage allowance, and cancellation terms shown before you pay — they vary by fare family.
  • Keep your contact email and phone number current so we can reach you about schedule changes.

4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation fees, date-change fees, and refund eligibility depend on the fare family you booked. See our Refund Policy and Fare Rules pages for details, or the fare rules shown for your specific booking before payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Thervgo is not liable for losses arising from airline schedule changes, cancellations, denied boarding, or other events outside our control. Our role is to facilitate your booking with the supplier; the supplier's own terms and liability limits apply to the travel itself.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Thervgo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is registered.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of Thervgo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
