Every fare on Thervgo belongs to one of three fare families, each with its own baggage allowance, refund, and date-change terms. This page summarises them; the exact rules for your selected fare are always shown again before you pay.

- Fares are subject to availability and can change until ticket issuance.
- Government-issued IDs must match the passenger name on the booking exactly.
- Where a cancellation qualifies for a refund, it's processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
